Please find below a stamp duty calculator. There are designated areas in the UK that the Government have included in a list of disadvantaged districts where the normal rules do not apply. Click here to visit their website for further SDLT information. Otherwise the calculation is as follows;
- £120,000 = nil
- £120,001 - £250,000 = 1%
- Above £250,000 = 3%
- Above £500,000 = 4%
